There is a strict no party rule at our townhome. And no more than six people in the townhome at a time please. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7 am. We want to keep this a fun and relaxing place for you and our wonderful neighbors. Please note that our neighbors are our friends and they will report any issue to us right away.

Also if early check in or late checkout is requested we charge $50 for each request. And this can only be done if we don’t have a back to back booking. This covers the cleaners having to do a change in their schedule and to give you a new door code.

Pets must be approved along with a pet fee. Pets are not to be left unattended unless properly created. Any stains left by a pet will result in a fee of $150 for carpet cleaning.

We have provided each bathroom with makeup rags. Please use them instead of the white rags to remove any makeup to avoid staining the white rags.

Creekside is monitored by a front door camera. The camera is for the safety of our guest and is only of the front outside area.
