Dogs are allowed but they have to be approved and no more than two per stay. Per HOA and insurance rules no know aggressive dogs are allowed. The charge is $50 and that will be paid separate with PayPal or through our Stripe account. Failure to pay upon arrival will result in a $25 extra fee.

Pets are not to be left unattended unless properly created. A $35 fee will be held from your deposit if it's reported. Any stains left behind by a pet will result in losing $150 of their deposit for carpet cleaning.
