This agreement releases Creekside and the owners from all liability relating to injuries that may occur during your stay. By acknowledging this agreement, I agree to hold Creekside and associated owners entirely free from any liability, including but not limited to personal property damage or financial responsibility for injuries incurred during your stay.

Failure to depart by communicated check-out time can result in additional fees.

No more than two animals are permitted, and are not to be left unattended at any time. Animal droppings in the yard area must be picked up and taken to the trash. Failure to comply will result in $35 fee

Damages to Creekside property are subject to full replacement cost fees

Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the townhome. Failure to comply will result in a minimum $100 fee, and up to full cost of equipment depending on level of smoke damage.
